Call me Jason, JJ, or J. I’m a Senior Creative Manager at Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States, and lead a kick-ass, award-winning creative team.
I started my creative career working in ad agencies as an art director, copywriter, and creative director. In 2013, I shifted to in-house creative roles, with my first stop as a Senior Art Director at Capital One Bank. From there, I joined Kaiser Permanente as an Associate Creative Director, leading a talented team that helps the organization achieve its business goals.
Outside of work, I’ve always been drawn to the water—salt water in particular. I grew up on boats and even served in the Coast Guard Reserve. My happy place is just about anywhere I can get a good whiff of salt air. I’m also a nationally ranked skeet shooting champion and a big DIYer—if something can be built, fixed, or tinkered with, chances are I’ll give it a shot.
I live in an old house in the Greater Baltimore area with my wife, two college-age stepkids, our three-legged German shepherd, Starla, and two cats, Reggie and Ruby. Suffice it to say, there’s never a boring day here.
